Yoga in you — 16 universal classes from Elena Malova
ALL LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE
This program serves as a guide to yourself, to your breathing, body and consciousness. “Yoga in You” will help you remember what it’s like to be “here and now,” to be alone with yourself, watch your breath, and open up to higher consciousness.
Each practice includes all the necessary elements:
breathing exercises;
physical exercises (asanas);
relaxation;
meditation.
Each video has an atmosphere of complete immersion in yourself; during practice you can forget about everything and tune in to your breathing. The sequences are unique and different from each other, they reveal a certain topic, and therefore the practitioner. This journey is endless! You can repeat these practices over and over again, and each time there will be new sensations and awareness.
What are the advantages of this program:
A variety of sequences will help to work the whole body in a complex, strengthen it and make it flexible.
Breathing exercises will help you connect with the present moment, saturate the body with oxygen, and improve concentration.
Relaxation at the end of each practice will become a kind of therapy for a restless mind and a constantly tense body.
Meditation will reveal the forgotten feeling of “coming home, to yourself.”
For everyone, this program will unfold in its own way, in accordance with his thoughts, experience, worldview and intention.
