Worldwide delivery is carried out by Russian Post (to the post office), or other services, depending on the country of destination.

Delivery cost depends on the weight of the shipment. To calculate the exact shipping cost, you need to add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. After entering the address, the site will offer various delivery options. After paying for the order, you will receive an electronic receipt and confirmation with the order number by e-mail. At this time, we carefully check everything and prepare your parcel. Everything you order will be sent to you the same or next day. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number and can see where your package is. If the site indicates “pre-order”, the shipment will be carried out within the specified time frame.

Customs taxes that may be applied to different countries are the responsibility of the client.

The day of shipment you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. 

Once the customer has the tracking number, it is their responsibility to track the package. So that it is not returned.

In case your package is returned to us, no matter the reason, the customer has two options:

— Pay the shipping again and we will send it to you the next shipping day.

— The client can claim a refund, in this case the shipping costs will be deducted.
