Yoga in you

This program serves as a guide to yourself, to your breathing, body and consciousness. “Yoga in You” will help you remember what it’s like to be “here and now,” to be alone with yourself, watch your breath, and open up to higher consciousness.


Each practice includes all the necessary elements:

breathing exercises;
physical exercises (asanas);
relaxation;
meditation.

Each video has an atmosphere of complete immersion in yourself; during practice you can forget about everything and tune in to your breathing. The sequences are unique and different from each other; they reveal a certain topic, and therefore the practitioner. This journey is endless! You can repeat these practices over and over again, and each time there will be new sensations and awareness.

Fit Week Cardio Training Program

These are 7 full sessions of 30 minutes each with effective work on all muscle groups to maintain the body in ideal condition. The intensity level is average, but it is possible to simplify and slow down the rhythm of the training, or, conversely, complicate it and increase the intensity; this flexibility of the program will allow you to practice it for a long time and constantly develop.

To perform the workouts, you will need fitness bands and dumbbells, but even this is not mandatory, and you can complete the entire program with your own weight, especially if you are just starting to exercise.

Each class includes a warm-up, the main part - circuit training, and final stretching. All the exercises are simple, yet effective and interesting, you won’t get bored!
